No-show policy.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you book an appointment, time is reserved especially for you.
Timely cancellation
An appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or absence without notice, we will charge a consultation fee.
Thanks to your timely notice, we can offer the freed-up appointment to other patients who need care.
To avoid misunderstandings and any disputes, we ask that appointments be cancelled only by email or via the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation. These channels ensure correct registration of your cancellation. With phone cancellations, it cannot always be established afterwards when and how the cancellation was communicated.
Late cancellation / No-show
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge a fixed compensation fee at the standard reimbursement rate.
Please note
This fee constitutes an administrative cost for a lost time slot and is not a medical service.
You will not receive a certificate of care for this, and no reimbursement from the health insurance fund is possible. By confirming your appointment, you explicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
