Femke Sprankenis

Femke Sprankenis obtained a Master's degree in Biology, after which she further specialised in Science Communication and Medical Illustration.

As Creative Hip Manager she fulfils a versatile role. She is responsible for increasing the online visibility of the European Hip Center. In addition, she aims to make scientific knowledge about hip-related disorders and treatments accessible to a broad audience. As a medical illustrator, she creates accurate illustrations that support the explanation of the various hip pathologies.

As a graphic designer she also takes care of the visual aspect of all communication, with the aim of conveying complex information to patients in a clear and visually understandable way.
